Westfield Quarter In Detail
The Buildings
There are 3 available highly sustainable commercial buildings extending to 53,000 sq ft, 75,000 sq ft and 91,000 sq ft respectively. The buildings have been designed to target a minimum Breeam Very Good Standard. The buildings will be completed to a first class specification throughout.
Floor Plans
Each building has been designed to allow maximum flexibility ensuring occupier’s requirements can be accommodated. Typical floor plates range from 13,000 sq ft to 23,000 sq ft and each floor can be sub-divided into two suites. The buildings have excellent floor to ceiling heights.
